eating tons of veggies, protein, fruit and good fat&#8230;\u00a0\u00a0 This diet is pretty sustainable and healthy if done properly &#8211; the trick is that you have to do some prep work AND have tasty things to eat &#8211; and who doesn&#8217;t like avocado and deviled eggs?\u00a0 Hence &#8211; Avocado Deviled Eggs!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 eggs<\/p>\n<p>1 avocado<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp cilantro<\/p>\n<p>3 tsp lime juice<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp red onion chopped fine<\/p>\n<p>pinch salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>chili or paprika to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>ok for the yummy Avocado Deviled Eggs &#8211; it is pretty simple:<\/p>\n<p>Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and take out yolk.\u00a0 Mash the yolks and 1 avocado together and add 1 tsp finely chopped cilantro, lime juice, onion and salt and pepper.\u00a0 Whip together &#8211;
