Side Bridges"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Core Strengthening Exercise<\/h1>\n<p>This is exercise #5 in our series on Core Strengthening Exercises &#8211; the side bridge.\u00a0 If you do all of the exercises in this series daily your core will be super strong&#8230; But like with everything in life you do need to do it daily for it to be effective &#8230; you got to do it and keep doing it to stay strong.<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>so as always follow the video below &#8211; but in general\u00a0 don&#8217;t forget to brace and do these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lay on one side<\/li>\n<li>prop yourself up on one elbow<\/li>\n<li>support your shoulder with the opposite hand<\/li>\n<li>bend your knees to 90 degrees<\/li>\n<li>brace<\/li>\n<li>lift your hip off of the floor and keep your body in a straight line<\/li>\n<li>hold 10-20 seconds<\/li>\n<li>repeat 5-10 times at first<\/li>\n<li>repeat on other side<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Video<\/h3>\n<p>https:\/\/youtu.be\/w7IAUT9RvQE<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Final words<\/h4>\n<p>if you have any questions as usual please don&#8217;t hesitate to call or send an email!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Core Strengthening Exercise This is exercise #5 in our series on Core Strengthening Exercises &#8211;
